How do I check the status of my order?

At this time, we do not offer online order status. However, you can always feel free to send us an email, with your order number, name, and we will be happy to give you an update. If email is unavailable, please feel free to call us at (631) 363-8659.

If you have ordered an item that is out-of-stock or backordered, you will be contacted, so we can take all appropriate actions. Please understand that a delay may occur if your credit card was declined or for address verification if your billing address and ship to address are not the same. For this reason it is important that you provide the correct phone number and e-mail address. WE ONLY SHIP TO CONFIRMED BILLING ADDRESSES.

How do I track my order?

Unfortunately due to high fraud instances in our industry, we are no longer giving out tracking numbers to customers. However, we will be happy to at any time, track the package for you, and give you the date of delivery. To track your order, just send us an email, and we will be happy to do so for you.

You can also call our Customer Service Dept. at (631) 363-8659 to get your tracking information. Please be sure to have your order number handy to expedite your request.

How do I make a change to my order?

As orders are processed very quickly, making a change to your order cannot be guaranteed. Please call our Customer Service Dept. at (631) 363-8659 if you need to change or cancel your order.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability and prior sale. When Import-Racer.com offers deals on "Closeout" or "Hot Special" items please note that such items sell out very fast and are sometimes are not replaceable. Place your order early so you're not disappointed.

No Limit Enterprises, Inc reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Orders over $150 will have free shipping, anything under $150 is subject to shipping charges. Errors in product descriptions, weights, prices, or photography are unintentional and subject to correction.

How do you handle backorders?

At times demand for a product will exceed our inventory level. This will create a backorder for the product. Our buyers are constantly monitoring our inventory and working to re-stock those items. If you are in a rush for a specific item, please contact us to check stock.

Orders are not charged until the item ships, so any backorder will not be charged to your card. In the event that one or more of the items is on back order, we will follow your instructions on when to ship:

Ship your order complete: We will hold the order until the backordered item returns to stock and then ship the entire order complete.

Ship Separately: Ship all available items now and the backorder when it returns to stock. If the item not shipping is under $150, additional shipping charges may apply.

Cancel: Cancel all backorders and ship the remaining items immediately.

If you have ordered an item that becomes discontinued either by the manufacturer or by Import-Racer.com, it will be cancelled from your order. We will notify you via email of the adjustment to your order.

When is your shipping cut-off time?

Next Day and 2-Day orders received by us before 3:00pm EST are shipped the same business day. Shipping takes place Monday-Friday; shipping is closed on the weekends. Ground and Parcel Select shipments ship out within 24-48 hours. If you received our order confirmation email Monday — Friday, before 3:00pm Eastern Time, your order will be shipped the same day we received it if in stock. Please note that a very small number of orders require extra processing time for various reasons. Those will be shipped the following business day.

Please understand that a delay may occur if your credit card was declined or for address verification if your billing address and ship to address are not the same. For this reason it is important that you provide the correct phone number and e-mail address.

If you are paying by personal check, please allow seven to ten days for bank processing (the time it takes for your funds to become available).

How long before I receive my order?

Import-Racer.com uses Federal Express, UPS or US Parcel Post for all US lower 48 deliveries. All APO/FPO and deliveries to Puerto Rico ship via US Priority Mail. All International shipments ship via USPS.

FedEx Ground - 2 to 7 business days for delivery.Residential Ground deliveries are made Tuesday through Saturday. Commercial Ground deliveries are made Monday through Friday.
FedEx Express - Next Day (by 3:00PM), 2-Day (4:30PM non-residential / 7:00PM residential).
Saturday deliveries are available at extra cost only for Next Day packages shipped on Friday.

USPS Parcel Select - please allow 15 business days for delivery.

Orders to APO/FPO and Puerto Rico are shipped US Priority Mail. We have found that shipping times vary from 1-3 weeks. Please contact Customer Service for the USPS tracking number.
